Acceptance of TermsThese terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Beverley Patisserie Limited ("Beverley Patisserie", "we", "us") to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of our website www.beverleypatisserie.info ("the website"). Availability and Supply
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or refund.
Custom Cakes & Pre-Orders
Custom cakes and pre-orders require a minimum notice period, as stated on our website.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all custom orders.
- Design changes must be requested at least one week before the scheduled pickup.
- We do not guarantee exact colour matching, as variations may occur due to natural ingredients and lighting.
- Orders must be collected during the specified pickup time. Late pickups may result in product deterioration, for which we are not responsible.
- Uncollected orders will not be refunded.
- Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior notice.
- If Beverley Patisserie cancels a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a later date.
- All products are made fresh and should be consumed within the recommended timeframe.
- Storage instructions must be followed to ensure product quality.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from improper storage or handling after pickup.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect storage or mishandling after collection.

- Cakes and pastries that have been consumed.
Liability Limitation
We take every care to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Beverley Patisserie is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
- Delays in production or supply beyond our control.
- Allergic reactions due to known or unknown food sensitivities. (Our products may contain dairy, nuts, gluten, and other allergens. Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before consumption.)
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information is collected and used only for order processing, communication, and marketing (if opted in). We do not share your details with third parties except as required by law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New Zealand.
